Bárbara is an ING orange banker who strongly believes banking and finance should not be a mystery to anyone, irrelevant of their background or current occupation. After a decade of structuring large international financial transactions, Bárbara answered the call of her true purpose: creating connections by putting words to work. Rather than following established norms, Bárbara loves to try new ideas that challenge the status quo to support her differentiating communications initiatives. Since 2012 she has lead teams of professionals with a wide range of responsibilities in the areas of communications and brand management, and she is currently ING’s company secretary in Luxembourg.

Bárbara’s passion for financial education, nurtured by ING’s purpose to empower people to stay a step ahead, led her to work closely with the ABBL in the design and launch of d’Woch vun de Suen in Luxembourg. She is an active volunteer, as well as in the Fit For Life program coordinated by Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg.
